Halloween Fun!!!!!
This is a picture of the first time Elan got in his costume. His name means tree in Hebrew, so he dressed as a tree. Some thought he was the Jolly Green Giant which would have been a good idea too! He went to a MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) Halloween party. Scroll down for more pictures.

The previos two pictures show Elan at a trunk or treat at our old church. He enjoyed riding the horse, though he thought it said "vroom, vroom". He didn't get on the inflatables until they were deflated. This next picture shows him with his friend Will.

Here are some more pictures of the tree. These pictures were taken at another trunk or treat.

This picture shows Elan "driving" daddy's work truck. Could he be the Trees Unlimited mascot?

The last Hallowen fun...in a friend's neighborhood with a friendly Gorilla. Elan ran up to the gorilla, touched it, and then started to run away. The last picture shows him in some new slipper shoes from his Noni and Lito.

Joys of being a toddler...I am not sure why a bucket is so much fun, but you can see that it appears Elan enjoyed climbing in and out of it. In the last picture, he is holding my fleece that he was putting over his head and laughing. I couldn't capture a picture of him doing it because he saw the camera and came charging towards it. In the old days he went blank when he saw the camera, but now he thinks it is funny.

Elan's horse...It has been a few weeks since I have posted anything on the blog. This is Elan's "horse". Anthony took an old tree he was about to cut down and left it so that Elan can ride it. It actually does bounce up and down. Elan just loves being outside, and he has fun on this too. Nothing much has changed since the last post, although he continues to learn more commands and directions. Now I can tell him "where is your head?" (in Spanish), and he will touch it. I can do the same with his stomach. Also, he has begun shaking his head no, though he doesn't know what it means. It is funny when he shakes it back and forth at random times.
