Easter fun! Elan had a fun Easter weekend. On Thursday he opened an Easter gift from Noni and Lito (the first picture shows this). Then on Friday I took him to a MOPS egg hunt. Since it was his first egg hunt, he really didn't quite get the whole thing. The picture shows him getting one egg, but the next picture shows his preferred activity at the egg hunt (riding a motorcycle type toy). That evening we took him to the park to play, so the next pictures show us having fun at the park. His favorite thing at the park is the swing. Saturday morning we went to an egg hunt at church. They had pictures with the bunny, and even though he knew the girl who was the bunny, I guess he didn't recognize her. You can see the tears flowing, even with me holding him! No great pictures from that egg hunt because again, the basketball was a better prize than the eggs! The last pictures show us dressed up before church and then some pictures with his Dee and Pop. He did an egg hunt at their house and finally got the hang of it. He collected a whole bucket that time. We are happy it is spring time. He loves to get outside and play. The newest thing is that he has figured out how to walk backwards. At first he did it if we were doing it, but now he will just randomly walk backwards. Fun times!

Elan's new bib--His Aunt Barbara is a very good seamstress and made this bib with cars on it for him. He was very excited to get it because it had cars, and he also likes to put bibs on himself. They sort of end up like a cape or all over the place until we help him straighten it out, but it is cute. He is also getting into the idea of taking pictures since he can see them on the digital camera after we take them. Maybe we'll get some good pictures this weekend for Easter.
