Elan's new car bed...Friday night Elan slept in the big boy car bed. We got a toddler car bed off Freecycle (where people post things they want to get rid of), and we just bought a mattress for it. Elan was very excited about his new bed and did fine sleeping in it the first night. We decided it had a bad odor, even after we had cleaned it, so today daddy took it apart and cleaned it again. Hopefully he can be back in the bed tonight. (He used the mattress only last night). The pack and play is waiting for Ellery because once she learns to roll over, she won't be able to sleep in the cradle.

Elan on the tricycle...It has been feeling like spring (though we know it is not spring yet), and we have been enjoying the outdoors a little. Elan can now use the pedals on his tricycle. He has to do that little kid goofy smile when you ask him to smile! The other pictures are with his sister who he now seems to care for a good bit. He wants to be sure she has a blankie, and sometimes he will shake a rattle in her face or try to make her smile. We had to include the picture of the troubled look he got when I had him hold her. He does much better playing with her while she is laying in the floor!
