Visit with the Kalanys--we had a fun time with our friends in KY the day after Christmas. It took a few pictures to capture all 6 kids. Some without Elan and some without Robby. I guess the girls were somewhat photogenic. Elan is still talking about Robby and the fun they had. Too bad we don't see them more than about once a year!

Christmas morning--Elan was so happy and excited on Christmas morning. The pics below have captions to share the fun.

Elan opens letter blocks from our friend, Isabel, who lives in Chile.

Elan relaxes on his new pillow from mommy and daddy.

Thanking Lito for gifts (with a hug)

Thanking Noni for gifts (with a hug)
Thanks to Tia Kate for this cool shirt from Uncle Brad's hockey team

Thanks to Santa for the new watch

Santa brought three presents just like baby Jesus received from the wise men.

Christmas Eve-we let Elan choose one present to open, and he chose a present from Lito and Noni, a new dumptruck!

Gingerbread houses with Noni...Elan enjoyed making ginger bread houses with the kit that Noni bought. He was a little disappointed that these houses weren't for eating!

SNOW! (In Kentucky of course) We were in KY a week before Christmas to visit with Lito and Noni. Luckily they had a little snow for us to enjoy. Elan had a BLAST! He went sledding with Lito, and he said it was the most fun ever. He helped us build a toddler size snowman. It melted after two days, but it was fun for the time it lasted.

Christmas has begun...well the Christmas fun has already begun. We celebrated the 16th with Anthony's family. Aunt Teresa brought some extra fun gifts (a horse, cowboy hat, and reindeer "ears") which made for some good pictures. We had some good food and opened fun presents. School is out, and we are headed to Kentucky for some more fun!

SANTA! We had a free picture with Santa at Walmart, and I can't post that picture on here. It came out OK, but that Santa was not too much into kids. Then this past weekend there was a breakfast with Santa at Elan's preschool. Again this was free, but this Santa liked kids! He had jingle bells and did a great job talking with the kids. We brought our own cameras to take the pictures.
