A weekend with Noni and Lito...Noni drove drown Friday night to see Elan's soccer practice, and Lito arrived at the Atlanta airport on Saturday morning from Chile. Then we had a picnic and visited the fountains in downtown Rome. The kids had fun as usual, and we managed to get a few pictures as well.

Elan had to take snack to school, and it was "F" week. His class is called the Lovebugs this year so I made lovebugs out of rice krispies, but he told the class they were flies since that started with "F". They also had "F"ruit flowers and "F"ingers out of string cheese.

Labor Day weekend--we went to the Rome Clocktower which Elan has always been fascinated with, but this time it was open so we could climb up the stairs to the top. That wasn't enough heights for he and Ellery, so they also climbed in a tree with daddy's help of course. It was a great day!

First day of school for Elan was August 23rd--he is loving it so far. Doesn't he look like such a big boy!
