Elan learned Away in a Manger at school. This isn't his best performance of it, but I just thought it was cute and wanted to document it anyway. He got this hat from church and was super excited that his Sunday school teacher let him bring it home. The other video is from sledding at Lito and Noni's. What fun that was!

Christmas 2010--I don't know what we will do if we ever go visit Lito and Noni in KY and there is no snow. Elan is convinced there is always snow there. Thank goodness he got to go sledding this year again. He had a blast and is quite a dare devil. He enjoyed building a snow man (or Frosty as we say around here). He was excited about his Christmas presents, especially a new bike (which he did not ask for) and a bow and arrow (which Santa knew he wanted). He also had fun with the Kalanys and visiting there. Such a great Christmas! The best part was that he answered that Jesus is the best gift when asked during the children's sermon. He was also concerned that Santa bring presents to the boys and girls in Mexico. About made mommy cry!

Elan's class went to an assisted living to sing Christmas carols and then to the mall for some fun. His grandmother, Dee, took him, and she said they had a great time.

Elan enjoyed his visit with Santa on Saturday, December 4th. We went to his school for a pancake breakfast, Christmas crafts, and photos with Santa. Although it tends to change daily, he told Santa he wants a bow and arrow.

Elan posing with his sister...she is a little more photogenic than he is. Also a few pics posted from his Thanksgiving program at school. It was so cute!

The new playset--thanks to an early Christmas present from Lito and Noni and lots of time on Anthony's part putting it together, there are some great videos of Elan and Ellery being very excited. Too bad the cold weather is coming, but they will get out there as much as they can!
