Elan fell asleep in front of the Christmas tree, a new tradition we thought we would begin. Ellery had already asked to be put in her bed. Then we moved Elan to his bed so Santa could come!
Christmas tree was rather dead, but you can't tell in the picture that much. It was tall so the kids look small!

Union Terminal
Since there was no snow in KY this year (Elan was super disappointed), we found something else to do while visiting Noni and Lito. We enjoyed the train displays and children's museum at Union terminal in Cincinnati. Elan asked Lito all kinds of questions and wanted to know about all the displays.

Noccolula Falls
Saturday night we took the kids to see Christmas lights at Noccolula Falls. It was cold (for GA) but we bundled up and enjoyed the train ride looking at lights as well as the petting zoo. The kids enjoyed a swing too.

Elan's class program
Elan's class invited the parents to come watch them sing. Elan and his friend Sam led the class in Rudolph the Red nosed reindeer (each child led a different song). Mommy and Ellia enjoyed watching and listening!

The kids were singing at church this morning so I took their pictures in their Christmas outfits. It was not a day to take the Christmas card picture, and yet they cooperated beyond belief. Too bad it was not a day I was wanting the special pictures, but I was pleased to get some anyway.

A great visit with Santa--the kids enjoyed the annual Santa breakfast at their preschool. Elan told Santa he wanted a new silver scooter.

Thanksgiving pictures
The Thursday before Thanksgiving Elan and Ellery had a program at their preschool. Elan was a pilgrim, and he did a good job singing. Since Noni and Lito came to visit for Thanksgiving, we had them take some family pictures for the Christmas card. Sure was about impossible to get everyone smiling at once!
