Elan had to take snack last week (only a short week since they had winter break). So one day he took footballs and the other day he took snowmen. It was "snow day" at school where everything was about snow, so it was a good day to share a snowman for snack. Elan and his sisters have had fun taking cushions off the couch and piling up together. They begged me to take their picture!

Elan's class Valentine party was an adventure to say the least. I had planned for them to paint a window sun catcher with paint pens, and they squeezed out paint everywhere! They enjoyed the game of moving conversation hearts with chop sticks. We had hearts of jello, hearts of hot dogs, and hearts of watermelon for lunch.

Elan has enjoyed Upward basketball. He has actually improved since the beginning, but he still has trouble dribbling, shooting, and most of all...paying attention! His mind drifts a good bit, and he even got hit in the head with the ball this past week. He is tough and laughed it off!
